We provide products in the following sizes:

Kids Leggings will have the words “Kids” in the titles and can come in the following sizes:

• S/M, Fits kids aged 4-7
• L/XL, Fits kids aged 8-Junior 1/2

Adults Leggings/ Capris can come in the following sizes:

• One Size, Fits most women size 3-12
• Plus Size, Fits most women size 14-20
• Curvy Size, Fits most women size 20-26 (3XL-4XL)
• Extra Curvy, Fits most women size 24-32 (3XL – 5XL)

***please note sizes can vary depending body type

All US orders are shipped FREE within the contiguous U.S.

We ship our products within 3-5 business days after the payment is processed.

We currently accept Paypal Payments however we are expanding to accept Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, and other payments soon!

Payment for the invoice is due within 24 hours.

Our store is always secure no matter what part of the website you are in. Therefore, your data is always secure. Check for that “https” in the prefix of the web page address. In addition to that, some browsers also show the words “Secure” with a locked icon in the status bar of your browser. Our SSL Certificate was issued by Symantec and it is renewed every year.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice in the email of your choice.
We will process your payment using the method you approved in the checkout. Once we have processed your payment, within 3-5 business days, we will mail your product.

• All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• No returns are accepted after the 14 days of purchase.
• We DO NOT accept an exchange of pattern as our inventory is constantly changing.
• Purchaser will pay for the return shipping on the new exchanged pair. (This will cost no more than $6, a Paypal invoice will be sent for $3 for new exchange)
• *Please remember defects are not subject to these regulations*
• *Please also remember defects require a picture*

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

1. The item(s) have been worn or washed
2. The item(s) have been altered
3. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier.
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item

Please note that all leggings must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.  Due to health and safety hazards we cannot accept returns or refunds for leggings that have been unsealed from its original packaging or worn. 

How to proceed with the return process:

Please email us at orders@twistedwear.me or submit a return ticket here in order to initiate a return. 

We do apologize in advance but we DO NOT exchange items for a different pattern. HOWEVER, If your product is unworn,
with tags still attached, you can exchange items for a different size within the exchange time period.
